- Your own dedicated workspace in the shared space area with business-hours access, optional locking storage and desk phone services, plus monthly conference room credits. Bring your setup, settle in, and get to work. Base amenities included.

- Partitioned office with extended-hours access, a large desk with premium chair, private storage, weekly cleaning, and conference room credits. Optional dedicated phone, printer, and file server services available. A good fit for individuals or small teams paired with additional Hot Seat memberships.
